Welcome! My name is Caroline Dewar, and I am a licensed officiant
passionate about working with couples to make their wedding day
truly unforgettable.
I believe that just as every couple is unique, every wedding
celebration should be unique. And that is my focus and my
promise to the two of you. Your celebration should reflect your
personalities and your love story. We will work together to
create a warm, personalized and memorable experience for both
of you. I promise you a celebration that is hand crafted with a lot
of love and a whole lot of heart!
I am based in Southern Ontario and am committed to helping couples celebrate
their love in a way that feels authentic and meaningful. Whether you're planning
an intimate gathering or a grand celebration, I am here to guide you, support
you, and help tell your love story in a way that resonates with you and your
loved ones. I look forward to working with you both to bring your wedding

We were so happy with the help that Caroline provided in drafting and
conducting our August 3 2025 wedding ceremony.
She gave us helpful resources in advance to work through, many beautiful
Readings to choose from, and Ring Exchange and Vow ‘scripts’ in different
styles to fit personal needs and preferences. We customized the scripts to
develop a ceremony unique to suit us. We even found a ring exchange idea that
worked well for our situation – a ring re-dedication instead of an exchange since
we were using the existing rings we had been wearing
She also provided a Draft of Service, which we discussed with her several times
to finalize.
Caroline’s genuine joy and care provided such a calming and personal touch
during the ceremony. She is the real deal – nothing seemed rote or contrived.
Many of our guests commented on how they enjoyed the ceremony and that it
struck an emotional cord with them.

A heartfelt & personalized ceremony
We have nothing but amazing things to say about Caroline. We wanted an
officiant that felt like family and would put in the time to learn our story. Her core
values really spoke to us and her personalized approach was exactly what we
were looking for. We didn’t want to feel like another couple filling out generic
paperwork.
My partner and I were each given questions to answer separately and Caroline
provided numerous resources to help us with decision making. We really
appreciated the extra effort she took to work through our individual answers and
craft the perfect ceremony. She was open to feedback and made sure we had lots
of time to review in advance of our big day.
There were some last minute adjustments on our end that she handled
seamlessly, and despite the wind and the bugs, there wasn’t a beat missed during
the ceremony - her poise and demeanour enhanced the experience and settled
all my nerves!

were looking for. Caroline made the entire process of creating a ceremony that
reflected us a breeze by not only providing us with examples and input but being

beyond our expectations by learning how to coordinate a Celtic handfasting into
our ceremony. We could not have asked for a better officiant for our special day
